Football Stars Chat — Superstars Services Apps

You can permanently delete your Football Stars Chat account and the personal data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do this.

Option 1 — Delete in the app

1. Open Football Stars Chat and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and personal data are removed immediately, and any remaining backend copies are deleted within 30 days.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

Send an email to marjan.p@live.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Account deletion request". We will verify your identity and process the deletion.

What gets deleted

• Your account information (email, username, display name, hashed password).
• Your in-app activity and user-generated content (chat interactions, answers, progress).

What we may retain

We may retain a limited set of records where we are legally required to (for example, transaction and tax records related to purchases), and anonymised, non-identifying analytics that can no longer be linked to you. Purchase and billing history held by Google Play or the Apple App Store is governed by those stores' own policies.

Timeline

Deletion requests are completed within 30 days. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
