Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Football Stars Chat mobile application (the "App"), provided by Superstars Services Apps ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. The service

The App is an entertainment product that lets you read and interact with fictional, scripted story-driven conversations themed around football personalities. Content is revealed progressively as you tap through it.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Purchases & subscriptions

• The App offers in-app purchases and/or subscriptions for digital content and features.
• All payments are processed by the relevant app store (Google Play or the Apple App Store) under their terms. Prices are shown before purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel subscriptions through your app-store account settings.
• Except where required by law, purchases of digital content are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled according to the policies of the app store through which you purchased.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the App or its security;
• access the App through automated means or disrupt its servers or networks;
• resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or its content without our permission;
• impersonate others or misuse account features.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its design, code, text, graphics, and scripted content are owned by or licensed to Superstars Services Apps and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. All third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Superstars Services Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (see the Account & Data Deletion page). We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the App.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of North Macedonia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
