Are the conversations real messages from the players?
No. Football Stars Chat is an entertainment app. All conversations are fictional, scripted content and are not real messages from, or endorsements by, the actual athletes.
How do in-app purchases and subscriptions work?
Paid content is billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel them in your app-store account settings. See our Terms of Service for details.
How do I restore a purchase?
Reinstall the App and sign in with the same account and app-store account you used to buy. If a purchase doesn't restore, email us with your order receipt and we'll help.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account from within the App, or request deletion by email. Full instructions are on the Account & Data Deletion page.
